Delivery
How will my plants be delivered?
Your plants will be delivered within 2-5 days by our delivery partner DPD.
Why isn’t everything I ordered in my delivery?
Your plants may arrive in different boxes, and they may not all arrive at the same time. If your delivery has arrived and you’re missing a few plants, please wait a few more days for the rest to arrive. If your order still hasn’t arrived, please get in touch with our customer service team at help@discountplantco.com
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK, except for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Scilly.

How do you take payment?
We take a secure payment using your credit or debit card, or Paypal.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You can amend your order up to three days before it’s due for delivery. To do so, please get in touch with our customer service team by emailing them at help@thediscountplantco.com
