Delivery option and fees
Standard delivery is currently 2-5 days, for orders under £20, this is £7.95 and orders over £20, this is £4.95. During peak periods we may extend our standard delivery times, but we'll let you know at checkout.
Delivery Restrictions & Service Notice – April 2026
Please note that due to scheduled non-delivery days, our delivery services will be subject to the following limitations:

No deliveries will be made on the following date:
Friday 3rd April, Sunday 5th April & Monday 6th April 2026 -
Extended Delivery Times:
Standard delivery may take longer than usual during the bank holiday periods. We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid disappointment.
All delivery prices are inclusive of VAT.
We currently operate with no minimum order value.
Deliveries
We deliver seven days a week, with standard deliveries typically taking between 2-5 days to arrive. This may be increased during busy periods, however this will be communicated when you place your order at checkout.
We use DPD as our courier partner. You will receive an email with a link to your order status page once your order is out for delivery. We have a small number of postcodes, particularly in the Scottish Islands & Highlands, where we delivery time frames may be longer. Once you have placed your order, we will let you know about any changes to the delivery time for these postcodes.
If you’re not at home when delivery is attempted, our drivers will follow the delivery instructions you provide during checkout. If they are unable to deliver we will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery.
We deliver across the UK with the exception of the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly.
Concierge and Safe Space Policy
Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.
We cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.
Returns
In cases of damaged or missing Products you may be entitled to a refund of the cost of the damaged or missing Products. If you do not report your delivery as damaged or missing within 30 days of receipt, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them according to our plant care guidelines.
